ABOUT SANSA

Have a Theory? Share It Now!

Hey Guys,
I’ve been listening to your podcasts for awhile now and I love hearing your discussions on movies and TV shows. They are the shining light that help me get through my often boring work days. After watching the latest episode of Game of Thrones, I wanted to share my thoughts about Sansa. I’ve always been up and down about how I feel about her but lately I have really liked the direction her character is heading…until this episode. I can’t understand why she distrusts Daenerys so much. I understand that she doesn’t like that Dany wants to rule the North but after the events of The Long Night you think she would at least be a little more appreciative about what Dany has done for them and try to have another conversation with her. But she insists on stating that she doesn’t like her because she doesn’t know her. There has to be more to why she doesn’t trust Dany because her reasonings are starting not to hold up anymore. ALSO I hate that she told Jon’s secret! She swore to Jon (in the Godswoods at that) that she wouldn’t tell anyone yet told Tyrion of all people. I’ll admit that it was a smart move on her part, by telling the right people the North could eventually be free, but she betrayed Jon’s trust and I don’t think he will ever forgive her for that. For years she’s been manipulated, had people use her for their own advantage and she hated that. Since Ned’s death all she have wanted was to decide her own fate, to control her own future but have had people make those decisions for her and was mentally and physically abused along the way because of that. So for her to do the same thing to Jon, use him and control his future to further her own political agenda, is both disappointing and unforgivable. I would love to hear your thoughts on this, keep doing what you’re doing.
